Ken and Bill drove us and dropped us off at Park Road in Grimsby. We started hiking at 8:30 and finished just after 11 a.m., ending at the bottom of the Forty Creek at a bridge and a falls. It was a beautiful day for hiking. The temperature was between 1 and 2 degrees. The snow was quite soft which made hiking a bit more difficult. We spent a lot of time on this hike going up (steeply) and down (steeply).
In this 4.5 section of the Bruce Trail, we passed many nice (and big) homes and properties. The Grimbsy section of the trail is quite close to Lake Ontario, so some of these homes would have beautiful views from their patios!
